- Merge onto Rte-134. 2.00 miles
- Rte-134 becomes SWAN RIVER RD.

- When SWAN RIVER RD ends take a
Right onto LOWER COUNTY RD.
- Take second LEFT onto SOUTH
VILLAGE RD.
- Go to end, as road bears left
(beach in front of you), it turns into BAKER WAY.
- First house on right (#2).

- At Rotary turn 3/4 around toward
Hyannis/US-6 (along the Cape Cod canal)
- Take RIGHT at set of lights to RTE

(you'll see Sagamore Bridge in front of you).
- Take Exit# 9A -
towards DENNIS/W. HARWICH. This is RTE-134.
- Keep RIGHT at the fork in the
ramp. (you will pass shopping area)
- Go straight through all sets of
lights.
- RTE-134 becomes SWAN RIVER RD when
you cross over RTE-28.
- Go to end of SWAN RIVER Rd.
- Take RIGHT onto LOWER COUNTY ROAD
- Take 2nd LEFT onto SOUTH VILLAGE
RD.
- Follow straight toward beach.
- As road bends at the beach, SOUTH VILLAGE RD.
becomes BAKER WAY.
- First house on your Right #2 BAKER
WAY.
